Will be interesting to see how it performs as AA of any kind are not renowned for their ability to deliver high current without voltage sagging  8) Ni-MH are also slightly lower voltage than alkalines etc, battery life in real use will be interesting.

I have to point out that will not be the first AA powered mod as you state, there are several currently manufactured ( all are very cheaply made and are no competition!)  and available in UK and the USA.

Will get one for travelling as recharging is not easy in airports!

Really? Could you please tell us the name of product?   Or send us the related links?

Ippolit I have never EVER seen a AA powered device before the Batpack!!! I must have missed that!

loving the colours! this is going to be very interesting ! such innovation Joyetech!

I had to use the AA's from my tv remote lol have the ones it comes with charging

Is the build quality good folks? There are no details for price or release date in the UK yet.

If you want to look at the older AA device just google "Jomotech AA Battery" - I'm not advertising another brand as they are junk being very badly built from cheap plastic 眨眼 Available in UK on Fleabay for £5-£6 which is more than they are worth! They have been around for 4-5 years.
