eVic Series problem to connect

Hello,

I have problem to connect my e-cig to my computer.
Someone have solve this problem?

But I have not this problem with the software for update the firmware.

Hi Ben,

I think you may be saying that the firmware update software works ok, is that correct?

Are you having trouble with the "MyVapors" MVR software as on this Joyetech page at the bottom? Here.

Check that you have the newest version, the MVR software has not been updated for some time, it may not work with your Windows version or your e-cig.

What vaporizer are you connecting?
I do not think the software is compatible with your vaporizer. MVR software for PC is Compatible with eVic supreme, eVic and eMode only.
Please purchase the eVic supreme, eVic or eMode by Joyetech to use MVR.

it is an evic primo 2.0 with firmware 4.05

Tell-you, CosmicTruth, evic primo 2.0 with firmware 4.05 is not compatible with MVR software?

I think just the eVic supreme, eVic or eMode. not the primo 2. You can ask support to be sure support@joyetech.com

As far as your signature check the box below to include signature on the create message form?
Your signature is not disabled.

CosmicTruth is right, MVR is only compatible with the eVic supreme, eVic and eMode.
Please upgrade your eVic Primo 2.0 to the latest Firmware Version.

Ok, if you tell it. The evic primo 2.0 cannot send data about vaping to a computer.

i have see the link you have send me to upgrade firmware upgrade.
It is the 4.05 version.

And if you take time to see previous picture, I have already this version.
why you tell me to upgrade it ?
