first off - thank you to everyone, and especially CosmicTruth for all the logos in this thread, I've gone through every single page of this thread
Now, I've tried to make my own logo, but I'm having issues. I want to convert the logo of the company I work for (as a joke).
I have a very high resolution picture of it, and it's black text (5 letters) in a black circle against a white background.
I inverted the colours, then resized it to 40x40 to keep the proportions and filled the sides with black to get back to 64x40.
My problem is that the text becomes unrecognizable when I downsize it by that much and convert it to monochrome (the original is around 1200x1200).
Any tips on what I can do? I'd rather not post the image openly here on the board![]()
Thanks in any case!
The trick you may want to try is paint black over the downsized text in your editor, then click the text tool and use a really small text size to add the text back. You will find a couple of fonts that will work all the way down to 5 pixels high.
...that hadn't even crossed my mind! Thanks, I'll give it a try
