I've been desperately trying to contact you guys regarding my warranty, it expires in a couple weeks and I've tried to contact someone for the past month with no luck. Am I doing something wrong? 悲伤 I love my Joyetech products and would like to continue buying from you. Please help!

So I sent another email, I received the same automated reply, it's been four days now with no response. Is there any other method to contact Joyetech?

Dear Josh, did you ever contact the shop? And it'll be good if you can send us the picture of your eGo One as well the 1: serial number, purchase invoice and the shop's information. Please check your email.
