That's what mine did and Cosmic told me it was the color depth. It has to be 2 color only.
Here's one I did for you.

Yes it has to be exactly 64px wide x 40px high with 2 color palatte but you had a great try! the giveaway is they will all have the exact file size 382 bytes. and in my opinion I try to make the background black by making it a negative image, it looks better that way for my eye. Great effort 眨眼

Thanks for your contribution 微笑 , I now have over 200 logos i have downloaded and over 100 i've made

Really good work, I like the dollar bill Masonic eye in Triangle, did you plagiarize that from a real dollar bill? HAHA just kidding. I converted it. Anyhow much better than my stick art 微笑 see VTC.bmp 微笑

BTW I had made a couple similar eye in triangle pixel by pixel.

Apple2r converted too

I touched your dollar and i think i made a noticable improvement IDK

Hi

I'm having some trouble getting my custom logo to work properly.

I've converted it to the correct format, size and everything but when i load it then it doesn't display properly.
It displays at the top of the screen and it displays only part of the image.

What could be the problem, and how do I fix it?

See the attached images for what it is supposed to look like & what it actually looks like

Are you using the official Joyetech update firmware, and Firmware updater software to upload the image?
