Hi,

I'm hoping that someone here will be able to help with my eGrip. The USB charging port pushed itself into the body of the device and I can no longer charge it. I've submitted this issue using the Product Service form under Support on the main website, and sent an email to support@joyetech.com but have not received any reply acknowledging this issue. Please advise on how I can get my unit repaired.

Regards,
Mike

Hello, Mike,

Thanks for using our products.
Have you contacted with your seller about the issue?
And if you submit the product service form successfully, our service people will reply to you soon.

By the way, support@joyetech.com is unavailable. And you can contact with service@joyetech.com for product service.
Thanks
Thank you Karen, I have emailed service@joyetech.com. I submitted a support form to the seller as well, but have not received a response from them either.
I hope that this is not something that I have to deal with in the future (90 days) because mine was won from Joyetech. I'm really hoping that this device holds up as well as my MVP 2.0 has.
Well, it's happened. My charging port is all goofy where I have to put the mini USB plug in at an angle in order for it to charge.

I can't be without it, so I"m not sure what I'll do yet.

Please contact the store first for after-sale service with the receipt. Our warranty service is provided by distributors.

As stated previously Kermit, my eGrip was acquired through Joytech Social. I was one of the first winners on Joyetech Social. If warranty service is provided only through distributors, I'm simply SH__ out of luck!
